- Provided as is. Sayvings is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy.
- Figures may be wrong. Amounts, categories and balances are read automatically from your messages and can be incomplete or incorrect. Always check them against your bank's own records before relying on them.
- Not financial advice. Nothing in the app is financial, tax, investment or legal advice.
- Your data, your responsibility. Your data is stored only on your phone and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for your phone, your passphrase and your backups. We cannot access or recover your data.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Uno Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. This includes lost data, financial loss, and any indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
- Changes. We may update the app and these terms. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bhubaneswar have jurisdiction.
